And here’s the pay off: The Oh Yeah Tool Kit was always meant to be your starting guide to explore. And a year on, whether you realise it or not, you’ve been building your very own tool kit. Tips and tricks which you’ve heard from The Oh Yeah Crew and the Seasonal Guide are all offered to you as a way to experiment in your own time. Over the last twelve months; you’ve probably found tools which you’ve used more often. Maybe others are less immediately resonant, but when you do bring them out, you suddenly find out it’s just the one you need at that point.
So what’s inside your Oh Yeah tool kit? What new ways and approaches have you tried out over the last year and liked? What have you started popping into your own kit, used a fair bit and feeling all the better for it? What tips The Oh Yeah Crew have resonated with you, and made you feel more nourished and helped you move forward in your own life-career?

Once you’ve completed all four seasons of your own tools and tips, what is it like seeing your own trusted tool kit reflected back at you? Almost like your own ‘little black book’ of helpers? One that works for you personally as an individual.
Remember, just like seasons, this tool kit can change through time but what you’re building is a real understanding, for yourself, of what works for you. For example, you probably know that fresh air and moving in the morning light feeds your soul and that guarantees you to feel more set up for the day. How can you apply this to a typical day or week? For example - getting to a proper class in the fitness centre or at home twice a week, knowing it does you the world of good.
