It is not an interactive online course typically found on sites such as Coursera with videos and graphics. It is also not a syllabus driven course developed and delivered by a team. If you prefer to learn through a career change course with a syllabus (which can typically cost £1000 onwards over a number of weeks), then The Seasonal Guide is for you.

It really is dependent on your own circumstances and situation, there is no set time frame as it will vary from person to person. Some seasons you may complete sooner than others. The guide is based on Kat Wong's own experience of each season of moods which, approximately, mirrorerd nature's own four seasons of autumn, winter, spring and summer in the northern hemisphere. For example 'The Reflective Sesason' spoke to the the colder months of January and February, and was experienced for 2-3 months.
