By the end of Season 2, and completeting all three exercises, the goal is to sense how much you have evolved since the start of Season 1. How has the ‘From and To’ approach shifted your mood, energy and attitude to change? How have the flavours for career change sharpened whilst you’ve been experimenting, taste-testing and exploring, throughout Season 2?
It’s always brilliant to see how much natural progression has happeened even after a few short months, which is why it’s so important to date all your thoughts and scribblings. I love how it can allow you to see and feel the transition without judgement from yourself or anybody else. This is exactly how we should embrace the changing of ideas; you’ve grown on the journey towards your next step, even if you’re wrestling with the demons of ‘history’ and everything you’ve invested in the past. Both cathartic and wonderful exercises to help unpack the nub of the issue or issues in your life-career situation.
By the end of Season 2, the ‘reflective’ season, I hope you’re starting to trust more in your core wisdom to define where you want to be. To be more comfortable working through the unknowns of your own journey, building up your resilience to aid your decision making further.
Recognise that this might not be easy. Creating your Problem Statement can give a sense of clarity and liberation, but also comes with complicated feelings.
The most important thing? It’s not a race; you’ve created time for yourself to head towards what you value. You’ve showed up for yourself and are slowly becoming unstuck. Take a moment to celebrate that as we go towards Season 3.
